Processing & Shipping

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 3–4 business days of the original order date. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
 

USPS Delivery & Signature Requirement

All orders are shipped through USPS and require a signature upon delivery to help ensure secure receipt. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, monitoring their tracking information, and arranging redelivery or pickup directly with USPS when necessary.

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, Mimi Sha’ar Virgin Hair Company is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, missed deliveries, or packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout. Any delivery concerns or claims must be handled directly with USPS.

Due to the personal and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. Mimi Sha’ar Virgin Hair Company does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds.
