Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and shipping. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent via email within 3–4 business days from the original order date.

All orders are shipped via USPS and require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Once an order has been shipped, Mimi Sha’ar Virgin Hair Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and coordinating delivery directly with USPS.
